Doreen Huber is a Partner at EQT Ventures, specializing in B2B software investments. With a keen eye for innovation, she has spearheaded investments in groundbreaking companies such as Parloa, which is reshaping the landscape of AI-driven Customer Care Automation. Doreen has significant experience in AI investments, particularly in enterprise applications and software for commercial teams. Leveraging her extensive sales background from previous roles, Doreen brings a wealth of experience and insight to her investment strategies. Additionally, she serves on the board of Mediamarkt Saturn, contributing her expertise to one of Europe's leading consumer electronics retailers.
Before joining EQT Ventures as Partner in January 2022, Doreen established herself as one of Germany’s most esteemed business entrepreneurs and food technology experts. Holding various C-level positions and founding her first company at 23, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.
As the founder and CEO of LEMONCAT (acquired in 2019 by Rocket Internet’s B2B Food Group), Doreen spearheaded the development of a marketplace and SaaS solution for the European catering industry. Additionally, she was part of the founding team and served as COO of food delivery unicorn Delivery Hero, which is currently valued at over €10bn.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Doreen indulges her passion for travel and art appreciation. She holds a Master's degree in Media Science, Literature, and Art History from Humboldt University Berlin.
