In the last 9 years, Chloe has worked with start-ups across Europe, the US and Oceania, joining at an early stage and being actively involved in their growth. Her experience and focus concern Operations and People, and she is especially passionate about helping founders build better foundations from the start.
Chloe has joined EQT Ventures in the role of People Ops lead, helping companies with building better people infrastructures.
Before joining EQT Ventures, Chloe worked for Apple and in her family business, which gave her first-hand experience of the challenges and achievements that businesses go through from an early age.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys combining her passion for food and travel by exploring new places and cultures through their cuisine. She is also a sports enthusiast and crime fiction aficionado.
